Fruten Fraten operates limited-edition and batch-based releases. Certain items may be marked as pre-order.

4. Pre-Orders

If a product is marked as Pre-Order:

• Production may take approximately 4–8 weeks.

• Shipping times apply only after production is completed.

• By placing a pre-order, you accept the extended timeline.

Pre-order production timelines are not grounds for cancellation once production has started.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the selected currency and may exclude customs duties or local taxes.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud

• Cancel orders due to pricing errors

• Request additional verification for high-risk transactions

Payment must be completed at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are 7–12 business days worldwide after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Customs processing delays

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Risk transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Due to hygiene regulations, fragrances cannot be returned once opened or unsealed.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our Return & Refund Policy.

Is the exclusive property of Fruten Fraten and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
